Welcome to Unique Gifts for Everyone. By placing an order or using our website (uniquegiftsforeveryone.com), you agree to the terms below. Please read them — they're written in plain language, and they reflect how we actually run our store.

1. Who We Are

Unique Gifts for Everyone is an online gift store based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We sell curated gifts for every occasion, shipped directly to your door. We do not have a physical retail location.

2. Accepting These Terms

By browsing our site, adding items to your cart, or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

3. Products and Pricing

We offer a curated selection of gifts across a wide range of occasions and interests.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product descriptions are written to be accurate, but colors and details can vary slightly depending on your screen settings or the supplier's current stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. How We Fulfill Orders

All of our products are fulfilled through dropshipping partnerships:

Standard products ship through Zendrop. These are physical goods sourced and shipped directly from our supplier network. Print-on-demand products — including personalized apparel, mugs, and accessories — are made to order and fulfilled through Printify.

Because we do not warehouse inventory ourselves, we rely on our fulfillment partners for stock availability and shipping. We'll keep you informed if there's ever an issue with your order.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards, processed securely through Wix Payments. Klarna — buy now, pay later options, subject to Klarna's own approval and terms.

Payment is charged at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed in US dollars. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. Most standard orders arrive within 7–15 business days from the order date. Print-on-demand items may take a few days longer due to production time. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered.

Standard Products (Zendrop): We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Print-on-Demand Products (Printify): Custom items are made to order just for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or change of mind. If your item arrived defective or misprinted, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. You keep the original — no return shipping needed. Just contact us with a photo of the issue.

Holiday Returns: Purchases made in November and December can be returned through January 31 of the following year, subject to the standard conditions above.

How to Start a Return: Contact us at 508-674-3140 or through the contact form on our site. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For defective or damaged items, please attach a clear photo.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to stop the order before it ships. Once an order has been handed to a fulfillment partner or has shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product images, descriptions, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Unique Gifts for Everyone. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission.

Product images provided by our suppliers are used with authorization through our fulfillment agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to make sure every order goes smoothly, but we can't be responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or circumstances outside our control, minor variations in product appearance from listing photos, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Privacy

We collect the information needed to process and fulfill your order — your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. We do not sell your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alabama, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
